Fixed Destination:

For all airports and other destinations, please enter your start point and destination in the quick book/quote form on this page. We can email you a quote, or you can request a call back with a quote. Alternatively simply call us on one of the above numbers.

Hourly Rates:

AS DIRECTED: Minimum 2 hours, Maximum of 6 miles per hour included, after which premium of £1.50, £2.00 and £3.00 per mile will be charged respectively according to vehicle type.

Mercedes Benz E-Class £35 per hour

Mercedes Benz S-Class £45 per hour

Mercedes Benz Viano £55 per hour

Most major credit cards accepted. Transaction fees: £5 for first £50 of transaction, + 5% on balance of amount over £50.

Accounts

If you would like to set up a booking and payment account with us, please call us and we will assist you through our easy account set up procedure.

Terms & Conditions

  • Credit Accounts: All credit accounts invoiced monthly. 30 days settlement from invoice date. Late payment fee will be 5% above bank base rate plus 10% service charge.
  • Credit Card Payments: All credit card payments are subject to a 5% handling fee.
  • Cash bookings: All cash bookings must be paid by end of journey. All internet bookings should be made 24 hours in advance of journey time.
  • Cancellations: A minimum of 3 hours notice must be given before the period of hire.
  • Bookings: May be subject to waiting time and parking charges.
  • Dogs: It is company policy that only guide dogs are taken in our vehicles.
  • Sub-contracted vehicles: Whilst we shall always endeavour to send our own vehicles, there will be occasions when we use sub-contracted vehicles from a PCO registered company.
  • Delays & circumstances beyond our control: Whilst we will always endeavour to be punctual, the company does not accept responsibility for the above.
  • Journeys: If there are any changes or increase in mileage from the original booking, charges will be made accordingly.
  • Vehicles: All vehicles are fully insured, and are registered with the Public Carriage office.
  • Drivers: All drivers are registered with the Public Carriage office, and are CRB checked.
  • Car damage: If any damage is caused to our vehicles by the customer, the customer will be invoiced for the damage repair.
  • Property is carried at customers own risk and is not subject to insurance cover.
  • Lost property: If any items are left in our cars, we will make every effort to contact you.
  • Festive period surcharges: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day are subject to a 50% surcharge.
  • E-mails: All emails are subject to the strictest confidentiality, and will not be passed on to any third parties.
  • None of the above affect the customers Statutory Rights.
